Best Before Series

Many small elements are combined into a new, larger entity. A different configuration of mundane, everyday objects results in a novel perspective, where the elements create a completely new context. Each small building block has already had a life and served a defined purpose, but now it features in a formation that has never been experienced.

Light and shadow emphasise the alternating alignments of the building blocks. Suggestions of raranga support the strong 3-dimensional character that comes to life with the direction of light.

The tension of the colours is complemented by a sense of order and suggestions of structures that resemble binary code.
